We ship orders within 1-2 business days from the USA. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

If you're not satisfied, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To start a return, contact us at support@jfenshop.com.

Items must be unused and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
